Senior Property Manager

Veronique is a senior property manager in Transwestern’s Minneapolis office.  With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Veronique has successfully managed all types of commercial properties and currently manages a diverse 1.2 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties.

 

Veronique is a detail-oriented professional who maintains strong relationships with tenants, vendors and owners to effectively meet and exceed their expectations.  She employs a hands-on approach to all properties she manages and oversees all aspects of operations and management including developing annual budgets, financial reporting, lease administration, maintenance staff supervision, contract negotiations, and tenant relations.

A 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Veronique has seen real estate transactions from every angle and has experience in Property & Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Accounting, Sales, Leasing, Development, Marketing and Construction. 

 

Notable career highlights:

  • Oversight of large-scale renovations and tenant & capital improvements that brought about improved market appeal.  Broad based tenant satisfaction reflected in outstanding renewal and extension rates.

  • Increased management performance levels by implanting successful quarterly incentive programs measured in terms of industry benchmarks such as net operating income, accounts receivable, and internal rate of return.

  • Produced annual management plans, revenue and expense projections, budgets, and capital improvement initiatives for strategic planning that successfully guided multiple properties through monthly, quarterly, and annual phases.  Held direct responsibility for maximum NOI performance.

  • Working knowledge of GAAP terminology that included the creation and analysis of statements of operation, balance sheets, variance reports, profit & loss, AR/AP, bank reconciliation and disbursements. 

  • Direct supervision of site personnel, field supervisors, property accountants, and their associated performance reviews.
