Mike co-founded Equity Commercial Services, the predecessor to Transwestern in the Twin Cities, in 1996 and has been a partner since its inception. He focuses on new business development as well as the marketing of third-party brokerage accounts. Mike also provides tenant advisory to tenants on a local and national level. A top producer, Mike brings over 33 years of experience in the Twin Cities marketplace. Mike played an integral role in bringing Transwestern to the Twin Cities marketplace and building it into one of the region’s premier commercial real estate firms.
Mike has spent his entire real estate career in the Twin Cities marketplace. A business and community leader, Mike is viewed as one of the top real estate professionals in the area. During his career, Mike has been recognized as a top producer by a variety of organizations and publications.
In addition to his lengthy work experience, Mike has volunteered a great deal of his time to the real estate industry and beyond. He is a past president of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors and the Minnesota Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He has served on the local Board of Directors for the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. He has also spent countless hours volunteering his time to all three organizations. Outside of work, Mike co-founded the Golf Classic “fore” Diabetes Research, which has raised over $8 million dollars for research at the Diabetes Institute at the University of Minnesota.

YEAGER
Analyst
Drew Yeager is a motivated young professional who graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a major in real estate studies. He is a valued member of the Transwestern Capital Markets & Assets Strategies—Midwest Team. As an Analyst, Drew relies on his financial skills to assist in property valuations and the preparation of marketing materials for a variety of asset types throughout the Midwest. Drew’s interpersonal skills enable him to collaborate with investment sales brokers throughout the region and communicate information with both clients and prospective buyers.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Drew interned with Ryan Companies, a national investor, developer, and property manager. During his internship, Drew assisted asset managers, property managers, accountants, and engineers on a downtown Minneapolis Class A office building.
