During Kris Schisel’s commercial real estate career, she has brought a high energy level to every assignment she has taken on with creativity and tenacity. As a Vice President, her expertise is Landlord Representation with a strong passion for working on new development and re-development projects on many levels. Kris’ extensive background in sales, marketing and property management enhance her ability to strategically assist owners and developers in the “lease up” and potential repositioning required within their retail portfolios.
With close to 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has had the privilege of working with a variety of sophisticated national and local owners on a vast collection of projects. Kris is an integral part of a dynamic leasing team on the EPIC portfolio (Eagan Town Center & Lakeville Heritage Center) and the long standing TANURB DEVELOPMENT portfolio (Rosedale Commons, Rosedale Marketplace and Burnsville Marketplace). Most recently, she has been involved with premier buildings in the Minneapolis downtown CBD such as City Center, The Nic on 5th, IDS, RSM Plaza, 121 South 8th, Velo and Northstar Center. Her work with mixed use projects has been greatly enhanced since having a presence in the downtown trade area.
Over the years Kris has also worked with prominent developers such as OPUS, RYAN Companies, IREIT, INLAND and CSM. In each case she worked diligently, in some cases with a partner marketing and pre-leasing outstanding retail anchored projects in Maple Grove (Fountains of Arbor Lakes), Cedar Pointe (Richfield) Clydesdale Marketplace (Medina) Savage Crossing (Savage) and Plymouth Pointe (Plymouth).
