Leif, a 25-year veteran of the industry, is a Vice President with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group. In this position, Leif specializes in tenant and buyer representation for office and industrial requirements and is a specialist in land and site acquisition work. He serves a wide range of local and national clients including financial institutions, private investors, law firms, insurance companies, restaurants, and medical specialties.

Leif is devoted to delivering exceptional service and consistent positive outcomes for his clients. He is also an owner and investor in commercial real estate, further demonstrating his deep understanding and expertise in the industry.

​Leif is an active lobbyist and delegate representing various organizations primarily focused on commercial real estate, both locally and in Washington D.C. He has contributed his expertise and insight to several philanthropic, industry, educational, and non-profit boards. Leif is also a frequent speaker at industry events and occasionally serves as a teacher.
