Drew Jackson is a motivated young professional that graduated from The University of St. Thomas with a double major in financial management and real estate studies. He is a valued member of Transwestern’s Capital Markets & Assets Strategies – Midwest Team. In his role as an Analyst, Drew relies on his financial skills to assist in property valuations and the preparation of marketing materials for a variety of asset types throughout the Midwest. Drew’s interpersonal skills enable him to collaborate with investment sales brokers throughout the region and clearly communicate information with both clients and prospective buyers.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Drew interned with a multifamily investment sales team at a competing brokerage. He worked alongside the team’s financial analyst and investment sales brokers and was responsible for market research, underwriting preparation, and sales analysis.

 

In his free time, Drew enjoys golfing, running, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
