Kristin joined Transwestern in 2020 as a key resource in coordinating marketing and administrative needs for the Retail Services Team. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience and previously with Welsh Companies/Colliers International from 2011 to 2020, Kristin brings knowledge and experience to the retail team ensuring their clients receive best-in-class service.

 

She works directly with the brokerage team from concept to design to delivery. She is responsible for marketing materials, department collateral, site tour books, proposals, GIS mapping, as well as transaction and administrative support.

Kristin oversees and executes multiple projects simultaneously securing the best outcome for her team. As a highly motivated individual, she uses her creativity, expertise, communication and organizational skills to accomplish complex, confidential and time-sensitive tasks on behalf of her team and their clients.
