Richelle Evans is a highly-skilled Senior Real Estate Accountant  in our Real Estate Services Division. In addition to the portfolio of properties for which she has direct accounting responsibility.

On a daily basis, Richelle maintains general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and rent rolls for the properties under her supervision. In addition to routine daily responsibilities, Richelle assists the division’s Real Estate Managers in the annual preparation and review of operating budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and variance reports. The effectiveness of these reports enables Real Estate Managers to make appropriate recommendations and owners to make the corresponding decisions, positioning properties for long-term success.

Working closely with real estate managers and property owners, Richelle is an expert who uses several accounting packages and software programs to assure that all property financials are accounted for accurately and in a timely manner.
